Returns
Products purchased through this website are eligible for return as long as they meet the following criteria:
- The returned product must be new, unused and un-opened
- The product box must be undamaged
- The product must be packaged in a way that it reaches us without any damage
- The return must be processed at a Canada Post location with the necessary shipping to reach us in a timely manner
- You have requested a return confirmation code and have been approved
- The returned product reaches us no later than 30 days after the original purchase date
Refunds
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the mama llama purchased product in new, unused, un-opened, and undamaged condition. No refunds will be issued if the product has been used, opened or damaged.
Refund Fees: A 5% refund fee is charged on all returns.
Cancellation
You can cancel your purchase order as long as it has not been shipped. After it has been shipped, you may decide to return it once you have received it.
Return Shipping
It is the responsibility of you the purchaser to pay for the fees associated with returning a purchased product. Please note that all return items must be processed at a Canada Post location with the correct postage amount to ensure the product reaches us in a timely manner and without any damages.
